Allan did an amazing job! His report was very detailed and included recommendations/future maintenance for the property in the future. He did the building and pest inspection in the early afternoon and gave the report within the same night.

Just had a building and pest inspection with Allan this week! Allan was able to fit me into his schedule within a couple days, even when he was really busy! We worked with Allan to get a building and pest inspection done. Overall, he was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and genuine. We were able to call him on the weekend with questions. He quoted us $730 for a 143m2 house on a 1007m2 property and was straight onto the agent to organise a time with the owner to do the inspection. He kept us in the loop (timing of the inspection, that he would call us afterwards, and to expect the report that afternoon or early the next morning). His call was amazingly helpful after the inspection. He went through everything you could think of - what he noticed and his recommendations, even estimated money costs for some repairs and any experts we would need in. The report itself was almost 70 pages with photos and detailed written sections of what he found, what it means for us as home owners and what the outcome is (e.g. needs maintenence). Allan was fantastic. When our building inspector suddenly became unwell less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time, Allan came through and saved the day. He was more than happy to come out to the house with such short notice, and was so friendly and thorough. The written report was ready that same evening (after payment of course) and was extremely detailed. He also called us right after he finished the inspection to debrief before the written report was ready. Buying a new house is already stressful so having plans fall through was not ideal, and we were lucky to have Allan assist us. Highly recommend!
