I had Alex over to look at our newly built townhouse for first inspection and after occupation for a re-inspection. Alex was very thorough with his inspections during both times, where most people would have either missed it or dismissed it. Alex knew what he's doing, very punctual and he also explains what he is check for and what needs to be done. Just a small note, I think it's time for a new camera haha. The pictures are just a tad bit blurry. Other than that, excellent service and communication

Alex completed an inspection on a property we were interested in buying and we are very glad we engaged him to do this job. Alex provided a very thorough report and clearly explained what he had found. He was very happy to take the time to ensure we understood the report and what the areas of concern were. Alex was very professional, personalable, provided excellent customer service and when he said he would do something by a certain time, he did. Highly recommend Alex at Inspect First.

We used Inspect First to do our final inspection for a new home. Alex was awesome to deal with, was prompt and extremely professional. I regret we did not get Alex to do inspections at all stages of our build, but are so glad he did the final. We want our dream home not a house full of defects and were grateful for the guidance and support we received through a challenging and sometimes confronting process. Money well spent. Highly recommend this company.

Alex has been a pleasure to deal with from day one and has been the ultimate professional throughout the whole process. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things that I have every done, Alex and his team at Inspect First kept me informed and walked me through the inspection process and the subsequent findings. Cannot recommend enough to anyone looking at purchasing a property that wants peace of mind that the house you are purchasing meets expectations.
