  We hadn’t originally planned on using a building inspector, but after the framing stage of our build, we had some concerns. After a colleague recommended Glasgow, we decided to reach out to Kim. She was more than happy to step in at this point and provided insightful feedback that put our minds at ease. While some issues did need to be addressed with the builder, others were within acceptable limits. Kim’s expertise, professionalism, and clear communication have been invaluable, and we’ve now decided to have her inspect the remaining stages of our build.

  Could not recommend Kim highly enough, she was so helpful in getting our building and pest pre purchase inspection completed in a very short time frame. The report was thorough, detailed and completed with great care and attention to detail. In addition there were many recommendations and suggestions on the best way to remedy minor issues found. The report was emailed immediately following the inspection on site, and Kim offered the option to discuss the report over the phone, which I was very happy to be able to do. The pricing was very competitive, and great value as there was so much more in the report than the basics. Thank you Kim for your great work!

  I had the pleasure of working with Kim for the PCI inspection of my new build, and I couldn't be more satisfied with her service. After contacting multiple inspectors, Kim stood out as one of the few who was polite, helpful, and provided a clear understanding of exactly what I was paying for. On the day of the inspection, Kim arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection, liaising seamlessly with the site supervisor. Her attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the process. To top it off, I received the detailed report right after the inspection, which was incredibly efficient. Kim was not only excellent at her job but also a great person to deal with, bringing a positive and humorous vibe to the experience. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and personable inspector. Will definitely be recommending her to anyone that is in need of an inspector!

  Kim was fantastic, very professional and a speedy report. I will not hesitate to use her again in the future. Thank you Kim. March 2025 unsure why I can’t leave a second review? Anyway, Kim has done another job for me. As usual, amazing service. Report quick as lightening. I just won’t ever use anyone but her again. She is knowledgeable beyond words. She knows the laws inside and out and will give you her professional opinion. As most of us aren’t builders she is invaluable. It’s a small price to pay for peace of mind knowing that you’ll be buying something that has been carefully looked at. Thanks again Kim.. until next time:-)
