  Just had my building inspection done and I couldn't be happier with the service! The communication from start to finish was excellent - they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The report was really thorough and easy to understand. Anthony did a fantastic job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all my questions and made what could have been a stressful experience really straightforward. Very impressed with the whole experience. Highly recommend!

  They did well, accommodated in short time, diligently completed the inspection but not the very best during engagement. I was told that David would be attending but another inspector attended. David is only the face of the business but there are subcontractors coming and doing the work. They only informed me that there would be cancellation fees after the payment is made. These are the things you need to be upfront with the customer so that terms and conditions are clear.
