Building issues provide an excellent service. High level communication and followed up on multiple occasions via phone and email. Nothing was too difficult. They also provided a very comprehensive and easy to read report. Would highly recommend.

I came here to leave a review about my renovation/extension that I had done on my house just recently and my dealings with Building Issues, I honestly had to double check I had the right business as I ended up reading some of the other reviews that were of the negative sort and it sounded nothing like the experience I had with them.. in fact the exact opposite! I dealt with Jacob who was prompt and efficient, I could tell he had great knowledge and communication from the start, I felt in good hands and when I decided to go ahead with these guys, I had a phone call from Jacob going over everything I had submitted, I did do my own research as much as I could but he picked up on a few things that would of caused dramas and money for me down the track... I hardly ever leave reviews and I also I did put my plans in with someone else and they did not pick up on this! So needless to say I knew who I was going with! Anyway thanks again Jacob and the team as the job is complete and I am loving the new space and area at my home.

Took our pergola designs in, the team made a few tweaks and alterations, dealt with council and heritage concerns for us. Pergola is built. My partner and me are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
