All it took was one nice, friendly phone call with Ben and he managed to fit me in within less than a week. He handled everything by getting in touch with my agent and supervisor, so I didn’t have to worry about organising a thing. The report was completed and sent back within 24 hours, which was a lifesaver given my tight schedule. Overall, a great experience – super easy to deal with and made the whole process stress-free. We needed a building and pest inspection pretty quickly due to our contract of sale noting it being due on the 20th August. Ben and the team were able to fit us in promptly, and having their help in coordinating a qualified pest inspector at the same time was very helpful! The inspector called promptly following the inspection and outlined any defects or notable items in the report clearly. Happy with their prompt, professional and friendly service.
