Kasper Inspections

Just wanted to take to the time to say a massive thank you to Josh and Chris for their amazing service on the building and pest for our new home. Josh took the time to explain to me fully the service before booking and I was so grateful for that alone. We had previously had a bad experience in which the company we used shared our report with the real estate and seller, and told them everything without out permission. Chris did an amazing in depth service and you can be assured Kasper work for you. He told me about some of the issues but was careful to not say too much in front of our real estate so we could know the full extent of the issues and have the negotiation powers. Due to the incredible detail the report looked daunting but we were explained everything thoroughly, and given great advice - with my partner and I not being builders or having any experience, we needed this! Whilst Josh wasn't present at the inspection due to location difference he took the time to speak to me over the phone, pulling over on the side of the road to go through the report with me. We really did want to buy this property, and with Josh & Chris help we were able to negotiate $25k off of our house to give us the extra money needed to rectify any issues, which we are so thankful for! 10/10 from me and my partner - thanks again guys!

Reviews are not my forte. But I was so incredibly blown away with the service Josh delivered around our first (attempted) home purchase. In what I can only describe as a rare breed these days Josh was prompt with clear and concise communication. Even with the short lead time to our inspection. Josh was only too happy for me to shadow him during his inspection and would point out the more gruesome details he came across them while he diligently worked away. The report was stunning, professionally presented and was more then detailed enough to assist us extracting from our contract due to what he found. I cannot recommend his services enough. If only everyone else in the first home buying circle was as easy to deal with! Cheers, Chris & Charlotte

We recently engaged Josh from Kasper Inspections for a Building and Pest Inspection. Josh is extremely professional, takes the time to explain every aspect of his findings and makes thorough recommendations. Josh saved us from purchasing a property with severe termite damage to Roof Trusses and Wall Framing which the seller had actively tried to conceal. I could not recommend Josh high enough for his services. He is extremely thorough, down to earth and will explain matters to you honestly and frankly. He was kind enough to have multiple telephone conversations over the course of the transaction, most late at night without any complaint. Josh was a lifesaver for my wife and I.

We have used Kasper Building Inspection services twice in the last 6 months and have found Joshua to be very professional, reliable, honest and detailed in his assessments. The building reports are robust and detailed but they be easily understood by the everyday person and even better they are emailed same day or overnight, therefore there is no waiting for information to support the buying decision. We specifically decided to exit a purchase contract when Kasper provided us information only trained eyes could see. We highly recommend this company. Josh is polite, efficient and provides an outstanding service. A++

Absolutely no doubt I would highly recommend Kasper Inspection to anyone. Josh was extremely efficient and easy to approach, my booking was arranged straight away with a peace of mind. And Chris who carried out the building and pest inspection was very professional and thorough, he explained everything that needs to pay attention to with knowledgeable recommendations. The reports were also delivered to me in a very timely manner and are both very easy to understand. Thank you both for your assistance!

We recently engaged Kasper Inspections for our pre-purchase building and pest inspection. From the minute I engaged Josh, he was professional and the booking process was easy and efficient. On the day of the inspection, Josh was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain any issues and findings while treating me with the utmost respect when I asked questions or did not understand certain components. He put my mind at ease and the official report was received in a timely manner with detailed commentary and photos. I would recommend Kasper Inspections to anyone looking for professionalism and peace of mind. Thanks Josh!
