Since we are out of state, we were relying on them to do a thorough, job as we were unable to even view the property in person at that time. Very happy with the service from Handovers. They do absolutely everything for you and I had no stress about anything. Handovers worked with our builder directly to book the inspection. Once the inspection was completed, we received our report. Can I say it was extremely detailed and reported every tiny detail that was required to be rectified. Photos were also provided. The 2nd Inspection was exactly the same and made sure all items required to be rectified were and if any new defects were found it was reported. I believe it wasn't for the comprehensive inspection our property may have been handed over with defects that required attention. Recommend Highly
