Conspec are honest, reliable and practical. Stephanie and Steven are very straightforward to deal with and have no problems to address concerns either with scheduling or inspection items itself. I have never met them in person but was treated kindly and respectfully in my dealings for my build. The report produced are high quality and detailed making the service more than value for your money. Highly recommended for your build inspection requirements.

The warranty inspection report was performed by CONSPEC Building Consultant Steven Lucas. The report was well presented, concise and thorough accompanied with quality photos enhancing full description of all anomalies. In summary: a professional inspection and report, excellent value for money.

Very professional service that Conspec provide. Stephanie was great through the whole process and had us sorted very quickly. Steve was on-time and had done a great job. These guys are a professional team from the time I first contacted the office, through the inspection process and with the depth and detail of the final report. The Inspector Stephen really knew his stuff and worked quietly and thoroughly behind myself and the Ausbuild Supervisor while we also did the inspection. The Ausbuild Supervisor recognised that the CONSPEC Supervisor Stephen was thorough and personable so there was absolutely no friction. Just a thorough and detailed examination of the new house which is what I wanted and needed to happen. Using CONSPEC is money well spent with an extremely detailed report produced. Very happy.

Contacted this company to do the independant reveiw all stages of our build. Stephanie from the office provided great support and arranged all our inspections promptly and delt with any minor issues with calm efficency. Steve the inspector was well qualified fir the task being a carpenter and had years of experience in the building industry. He was approachable and answered all our questions with knowledge and expertise and explained things to us if unsure. Always onrime often there early. Cost not too expensive for peace of mind defintly worth checking.out if you are building and need independant advice and inspections. Would use again if and when i build again.

I'm a single woman building my home. The service from this company is excellent and gives me so much support and confidence in dealing with the builder fairly, to ensure that my home is built according to Australian Standards. They have inspected the house at every stage and have found numerous defects and substandard work with the large well known building company I am building with -which will need to be rectified by the builder. I highly recommend this company.
