We had Dan complete a building and pest inspection for our new home recently. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire process, from communication on organising a date on relatively short notice to the actual inspection itself. Dan was really thorough with all aspects of the inspection; he inspected every little nook and cranny and disclosed even the most minor flaws. He took time at the end of the inspection to walk us through the details of the inspection and additional things to consider and this really helped us to understand what needed to be done immediately and also in future for maintenance. And to top it off, we received our building report just a few hours after the inspection! We were so impressed with his service, would recommend to all.

Dan is amazing- he goes above and beyond other inspectors. I wanted a safe mould free home. He shared my obsession with water ingress/leaks, and was so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I knocked 4 houses back after his inspections, then finally found the right one with his help. Money well spent. I thoroughly recommend Dan, especially if you’ve also had a mould illness and need a safe home. He was happy to work with my building biologist.
