  Jason is the best building inspector we have ever worked with. He focused his energy on heaps of details, critically identified issues, and explained the reasons and solutions on the spot. He wrote every bits into the report, which enables following up with tradies in near future. Upon our request, he provided a desktop cost estimate. This saved heaps of time to have a piece of mind before the due date. I highly recommend him and will ask his service again.

He is very knowledgeable, professional, approachable and above all he is providing his service from the heart. My first property, he did excellent job and provided me with advice how to negotiate with the seller for defects. My second property he provided valuable advice without asking a cent. I highly recommend Jason if you want to buy a property with peace of mind.
