Westinspect

Dave performed a building and pest inspection for me. The delivered report was thorough and clear with good explanations of what he had discovered. Good value for money and the booking process was very easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again myself.

You can see how detail and experienced Dave is from his report. Spending the same price with another company but you will get much more detailed report from Dave. The only drawback is take bit more time to wait for the report. However, it is worth to wait for it and you will feel when you receive the report.

Dave inspected my mothers home prior to me placing it for sale. The report was very detailed and gave me and any future purchaser of the home peace of mind that the home was sound and defect free. Great to deal with.
