We recently contacted Vale Building Inspections to complete a building and pest inspection on a house we were looking to buy, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Ian inspected every nook and cranny, both inside and out, checking for structural issues and signs of pests that we would have missed otherwise. The report we received was detailed yet easy to understand, with clear photos and explanations that really made us feel informed about the property, especially as first home buyers. They even took the time to discuss their findings with us, highlighting what was urgent versus what we could address later, which gave us great peace of mind.
