I called John for an urgent inspection on Friday afternoon and he was able to schedule me in for an inspection the following Monday. His report was thorough and detailed. He was able to identify some previous termite damage on the property as well as termite treatment which reassured us on our purchase. I'd highly recommend his services as a prospective buyer. John was very thorough with the report, was available for contact even on a weekend and even sent through a report late into the night. Would definitely recommend HIJ for any building and pest reports to be done on time and with attention to detail. It was clear John spent time to assess our prospected property with care even with the invasive limitations. John even helped with the questions I had to clarify some of the notable remarks in the report. Overall very concise with the report details, straight forward with quoting and rapidly approached the agent/vendor to request the inspection.
