Eyespy Building and Pest Inspections - Central Coast

This google review is a 1 star, eyespy are hiding my review. Had a pre sale building and pest done, we bought the property, with no termites past or present indicated, 24 hours after we moved in, we found live termites, (they are everywhere, in every room, eyespy informed me our inspection was only valid for 3 months, and to investigate my claims, he would need to do another inspection, no thankyou!! You missed numerous signs of infestations, functional mounds present, granny flat bathroom has been destroyed, and still ongoing, our bathrooms structure has been completely eaten. Eyespy you are accountable, sorry but your response disgusting, telling me it was my fault I did not implement changes to secure any threat, before I moved in was not good enough!! You told us there were NO evidence of termites!!!! This is going to cost so much money to put right, Reported to Fair Trading, paused, until further notice, and ACCC 29.10.2025. Update, so it's been a full on year for us, fast forward, rebuild of 3 bathrooms, a grannyflat, master bedroom, we have spent $kkkkk....and counting, we have acro props, propping up the front window ceiling areas, due to total termite destruction of the supporting wooden surrounds, including lintels above an area of 5 metres plus in width. Eyespy have ruined our lives, and destroyed our retirement funds!
