Compass Consultancy was recommended to me by the Estate Agent handling the sale of the property I was considering purchasing. Melinda explained the services they provided and suggested, without any hard-selling, additional services I should consider. I was in attendance when Peter conducted the inspection and he gave me a verbal summary of items of concern and advice on practical means of remediation. This was followed up by a comprehensive written report. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Compass Consultancy and I have no hesitation recommending their services if planning to buy in the Southern Highlands.

We had a short space of time to do an inspection. Peter and Melissa had a prompt turn around and fitted us in to their schedule and arranged it with the agent. The inspection was thorough and professional. Peter took time to ring me to share the findings even before he wrote the report. The report listed everything pest and building even small items which they have to do. The phone report focused on the things we needed to know about the property if we were to purchase. Recommend a full report if you are spending a lot of money on a property.
