I chose Australian Inspections Bathurst to do a comprehensive pest and building inspection purely on the strength of other 5 star reviews. Every single positive comment I found to be absolutely true! Matt was able to do an inspection for me at very short notice and even though it was more than an hour’s travel from Bathurst he arrived exactly on time. The report was the best I have seen of its type. It was easy to understand, included plenty of photographic evidence, divided issues into major and minor concerns and didn’t include pages of disclaimers. Matt was then more than happy to talk through any concerns I had about the property on the phone after I had read the report, which was emailed within 24 hours! Sensational! Matt is extremely approachable and professional and I would recommend his services without hesitation.

Fast, affordable, and super thorough! Everything was explained clearly and easy to understand. He offered a call back to explain things if we didn’t understand which in my opinion wasn’t actually needed, as the report itself was so straight forward, coming from someone who is definitely not knowledgeable in this field. You can tell he took the time and went beyond what is usually expected. Highly recommend Matt!

Could not be happier with the great job Matt did for us. Booked a comprehensive building/pest inspection. The inspection, and very detailed report, was completed the next day, faster than I expected, which was very helpful. Matt was very knowledgeable, thorough and happy to answer our many questions and explain anything we queried. I totally recommend using Matt and would happily use him again.
