Kyros Homes

This a family business that goes to great lengths to ensure their clients happiness. Walter is the most approachable guy you could meet & his whole team are professionals. The end product is well worth waiting for. As interstate investors the Kyros Team made a difficult build a dream. We can’t recommend them highly enough

Walter and the team were very knowledgeable throughout the build and answered all our questions. They were always available for us and kept us well informed of progress throughout. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Kyros Homes recently completed an extension to Elevation Church in Halls Head and we couldn't be happier! Our extension included new children's facilities, a kids bathroom, various office spaces as well as both internal and external storage. From the first consultation to the final handover we found the whole process was handled in a professional and excellent manner. The team was incredibly responsive providing clear and consistent communication and working through any challenges with creativity and understanding. Their workmanship and finishes were of the highest standard and we really appreciated their attention to detail. A massive thank you to Walter and the whole team, we look forward to working with you again soon.

"Kyros Homes did an awesome job getting our showroom back up and running after storm damage caused the roof to collapse and our offices to flood. They were quick, efficient, and handled everything professionally. Highly recommend!" Thanks from the Team at Mandurah Isuzu Ute

Kyros have guided us through the process of designing and building a 70 square metre granny flat. We are thrilled with the final product! The team at Kyros helped us bring our dream to life. The guys working on site have excellent attention to detail and fantastic workmanship. They are also lovely to work with - really polite and respectful. My wife and I have always felt supported by management and the office staff, too. They have been friendly, approachable and reliable. Special mention to Ric Ten Haaf, who is a total gun as a site supervisor - he’s onto everything plus a great tradesman and runs the site exceedingly well.

Walter and the team were very friendly and supportive throughout our build, there were some standard building supply challenges that were out of Kyros control but we were kept informed along the way and the team went over and above to overcome what they could control. Our home was not a standard spec home and would have posed some challenges to regular builders but Walter and team were able to complete our home beautifully. Thanks again to Kyros for providing us our forever home.
