After meeting with four different builders and feeling completely deflated by designs that didn’t meet my vision or budget, discovering Innova was a game-changer. This was my second time building a home, so I had plenty to compare—and I was blown away by the level of detail and effort Innova puts into every step. From day one, Brad was fantastic to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process, making everything stress-free and transparent. Most importantly, he truly listened to what I wanted and collaborated with me to achieve the perfect outcome. They managed to maximise my backyard space, include all the rooms I wanted, and deliver what other builders simply couldn’t. Once planning was complete, Bree stepped in and handled everything—from design selections to managing the entire build—with professionalism and care. What impressed me most was having one dedicated contact who understood my vision and ensured it was executed flawlessly. I would choose Innova again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused builder. They turned what once felt impossible into a dream come true!

Working with Innova Builders (Brad, April, Liz and Mick) has been nothing short of an incredible experience. From the very first meeting, their team has been approachable, professional, and genuinely invested in making our vision a reality. What stands out most is that, even though our house is still under construction, the level of service, attention, and care we receive today is just as exceptional as it was on the very first day we met them. The design process was seamless and collaborative, with the team taking the time to understand our ideas while guiding us with their expertise and creativity. Throughout the build, their communication has been clear and consistent, keeping us reassured and involved at every step. Their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to quality have made the journey not only smooth but also enjoyable. It’s rare to find a builder who combines technical excellence with such genuine care and approachability. We feel completely confident in their work and can already see our dream home taking shape beautifully. We are so grateful to have chosen Innova Builders and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a team that delivers outstanding service from start to finish.

We have just finished construction of our home with Innova, and so pleased to be in our dream home. We engaged with Innova after tendering our custom home build to a panel, and whilst similar in costs, we selected Innova for a number of reasons. We interviewed Mike, and at the meeting, Mike came across as very genuine and honest, down to earth and interested in our project. After this meeting, we met Mike on site at several homes that were almost near completion, and whist Mike was showing us around the houses, his passion for construction really resinated with us, he was very open and honest with his take on certain elements of each house, and pointed things out where the client's own trades had not completed to his standard, but yet he took ownership to try and resolve on behalf of the client to ensure that the project was delivered. these walk through with Mike, were our deciding factor on choosing Innova. From signing the contract, going through prestart, the interior designer, Innova demonstrated over and over, that they were willing to work with us to achieve the best quality build. No request for quotes, amendments, variations, questions, clarification were ever too much trouble. They gave us the time we needed to decide on almost every specification, and if we hadn't made a decision, they explained the importance of doing so not to delay the project, which made us feel involved in the project and not rushed in making selection decisions, which we may regret down the track. Everyone in the Innova team, including Prestart, Accounts, Cost Estimates, Construction Manager, everyone was friendly, supportive and really made the process run smoothly for 1st time builders. Our neighbours had no complaints about Innova or any trade that worked on site, we had a neighbour that requested that no trucks / cars be parked on the path as there; and as promised by Innova - the path was always kept free. The site was always clean, which is a reflection of the quality trades that worked with Innova. Throughout the construction process, Innova were accommodating to any trades that we had organised to access the site including pool and AC, and in the lead up to handover we were able to have carpet and blinds installed to assist in a turnkey house build. This was a relief and meant we can lock in certain aspects and move in with a fully completed house. We have been in our house for about a month, and of the few minor issues that we have had; Innova have been very responsive and had them resolved very quickly. We have thoroughly enjoyed the construction of our home, and we said we would only do it once for our forever home; however we enjoyed it so much we may consider doing it soon. This is largely due to Innova. If you are looking for a custom home builder, who is honest, reliable, willing to work with you to build a quality home on time and on budget, we would highly recommend Innova.

Innova Builders built our home in Jane Brook in 2017. We have been really happy with the build. We have had a few settling cracks recently appear in the internal walls that we are waiting to hear back on getting sorted out. Hoping it gets looked into soon. They were very good and easy to deal with during the build and went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requirements.
