Selecting the right builder for our new home was very important to us. We needed someone that could not only build our new house within budget and at a high quality, we also required someone that we felt comfortable working with and whom we could trust. From our first meeting with Marco from EcoHomesGroup we immediately felt that he was the right person. Marco was open and honest about the building process, including costs and timing. We had some specific ideas about what we wanted in our new house and Marco gave us a lot of flexibility in how we wanted to build our house. During the build of the house Marco and our project manager, Denise, were always available when we wanted to discuss the build with them. Denise was very patient and Marco solved any problems that arose during the build. It was a challenging location to build, as it is several hours drive north of Perth, in a wind-swept, coastal location, with a bushfire rating of BAL29. The whole team at EcoHomesGroup were very enthusiastic and positive. They worked hard to deliver the house we wanted in the time frame that was promised. We have lived in our house for a year now and couldn’t be happier. Utilising passive solar, appropriate window shading, and a sealed, well insulated house means that the house is naturally warm and bright in winter, and cool in summer. We love living here.
