Steve is very resourceful and has a depth of knowledge in building techniques to achieve a cost effective solution. Steve has an eye of design, he was able to change things on the fly to ultimately deliver what I wanted to achieve. Most importantly, the cost was very reasonable and the result is well worth it.

Steve is good at thinking up solutions to difficult building problems, and he has many creative ideas for new buildings.
