The team at Cachet have been very helpful and accomadating with helping to plan the disability access required, from sourcing the Elevator from Italy to wider doorways and ramp access.. The attention to detail and meeting our needs shows their care and professionalism. The team were never far away when I had a question, and explained the building process the whole way through. Cachet Homes were fantastic to deal with from the first time we contacted them. Cliff and Chris the owners, our site supervisor and all the staff were friendly and efficient, nothing was ever a problem. We would definitely recommend Cachet Homes – it was the first time we had built a house and they were great to deal with. Once we got to the build process it was a fantastic experience – we were lucky to have Chris as our supervisor and he was brilliant to deal with. As it was a custom design any issues that cropped up during the build were resolved really quickly. Prior to the build they were very tolerant when I changed my mind about fittings etc. A special thank you to Emma (Client Liaison) in the office who was particularly helpful throughout the whole process. As a first time builder we really chose the very best builder for us. The team at Cachet Homes helped us through every step of the process without any hidden cost to come up along the way. We had been through the initial process with a number of other project home builders luckily to realise they will promise you everything but in reality only trying to pull the wool over your eyes until after you have signed a contract. Cachet have a great local team who are only a phone call away if you have any questions at all, you don’t need to jump through hoops to resolve any issues that arise. I’m not saying that everyone will have a building process without the occasional hick up along the way, it’s how these problems are resolved that matters. I had no ongoing issues with cachet, they put their name to your build and want you to walk away feeling more than pleased with the service you received, and we certainly did.
