He listened to and respected our vision and managed the early morning and late night texts and calls throughout the build without complaint. Marty took on our frequent changes in ideas throughout the planning and building process and offered expert and tailored advice. Marty and the 90 degrees residential team are second to none!

  Marty was an absolute pleasure to build with. Marty helped us design our own solar passive home (never done that before!), navigate the paperwork and shared invaluable knowledge along the way. He kept us up to date throughout the entire build (whilst we were overseas), suggested more practical or budget friendly designs and materials when we weren't sure and has an exceptional eye for detail. He understood the design and look we wanted from the start and made the process very clear and concise. He was very honest and straightforward throughout the whole build. Our house was built in 50 working days!! Absolutely unheard of in 2024! I would highly recommend Marty and the team at 90 Degree residential!!
