  We are grateful to Xavier Homes for building our dream home. They have made our vision into reality. From the design stage Oliver managed to incorporate all the things that we would like to have in our home and even squeeze in a few things to enhance our layout. He is very responsive and accommodating with our request. As this is our first build we were a bit anxious and had some doubts whether we will be able to finish the build to how we would like it to be, thanks to Oliver and Gloria for guiding us through from start to finish and even after with the maintenance.

  Overall we had a very positive experience building with Xavier Homes. Whilst not without hiccups, as we built the house, Oliver was good at listening and fixing issues that popped up. They kept me in the loop with updates, and we talked a lot to make sure everything was going smoothly. Even when things didn't go as planned, Oliver and his team was quick to find solutions. In the end, our house turned out just the way my family had envisioned, and we will be enjoying our home for many years to come. If given the choice we would choose to build with Xavier Homes again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

  Our builder went bust halfway through our build and we are so thankful that Oliver of Xavier Homes agreed to continue the build. Transition was very smooth, he assisted us every step of the way, even going great lengths to contact previous suppliers. Working with the team was a breeze- they were very responsive to all our questions/concerns, took our suggestions onboard and provided us with photo updates for each work completed. We love everything about our home. Quality and workmanship are excellent. Will not think twice to book Xavier Homes again on our next build.

  Xavier Homes has been a delight to work with from estimations to contract signing even after handover. Most builders nowadays just take your money and take their sweet time building your home but Oliver is different. He is easy to contact and very detailed in his craft. Trustworthy builder and connects with you on a personal level. Will definitely build with them again. Despite the challenges of construction this builder pushed through and finished my build.
