Building a home is a significant undertaking, and like many, we were initially apprehensive—especially with others warning us about how challenging the process can be. However, our experience with Virtue Homes was nothing short of exceptional. From our first visit to a Virtue show home, we felt confident in our decision. Riley, our consultant, made the design process exciting, encouraging our ideas and ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. Signing with Virtue Homes became an easy choice, thanks to the team's professionalism and encouragement. The design phase was an enjoyable experience, from selecting colours, flooring, and tiles to customising our kitchen and creating a lounge featuring a stunning raked ceiling and two Velux windows that flood the space with natural light. Seeing our vacant plot transform into a construction site was exhilarating. Ben, our building supervisor, was just as attentive and reassuring as Riley, consistently providing clear guidance and addressing our questions—no matter how small—without hesitation. Every tradesperson involved in the project was courteous and diligent, giving us confidence that they were invested in delivering the best results for our home. The office staff in Traralgon were equally supportive, always welcoming and responsive, ensuring our queries were promptly addressed and keeping us informed throughout the process. We are immensely grateful to Virtue Homes for their exceptional service and for delivering a home that we absolutely love. We were so impressed with Virtue when we went to them with an idea and Ross bought it to life, his drawings were beyond our expectations, he nailed it ! We were guided throughout the build by Jess and our building supervisor Lee, we were given access to the build at all times and would like to give special mention to Cody who answered all our questions on site. We had an wonderful experience with Virtue Homes and appreciated even more because it wasn't our first time building a home, this was one of the smoothest and satisfactory experiences in home building we have experienced, using Virtue Homes as our builder we had an awesome experience and throughout the build they were a helpful and responsive team. Any issues that we might have had were addressed professionally, options were given during the process as we were getting a custom built home. All the tradesman were professional and provided continual communication and cleaned on exit, the date they said we were to get into our home was delivered as promised. What I like about our Virtue Homes is even after you have moved in they checked on us to make sure every thing is ok. We would highly recommend Virtue as your builder.
