Massive thanks to Tom for helping us out! We were mid-way through a renovation without a kitchen when we realised we needed a good builder. Tom was recommended to us by our neighbour, and we’d already seen the quality of his work on their property so had no hesitations in contacting him. He booked us in with super short notice and had the job done within a week. Great communication, great value, neat and tidy, and did an excellent job. Would 100% use him again!

We engaged Thomas Luca Builders based on the glowing recommendation of a colleague and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful! Our home was dated and the floor plan impractical for our family of four. We needed a Builder who could think outside the box and bring our home into the 21st century. We decided being 4 months pregnant, having a 4 year old, working full time and managing our small business was the perfect time to kick off a big renovation… ha!!! Not to mention, we wanted to stay in the home (with a young child and dog!) for as long as possible! …Tom certainly had his work cut out for him!!! Tom and his team were a pleasure to work with, providing regular updates, clear quotes and timelines. You could see noticeable progress daily. We leaned heavily on their knowledge and experience throughout the process. Most of all, Tom was a problem solver. We simply didn’t have capacity to navigate all the nuances of a full renovation. Tom was proactive in finding solutions which made the experience far less taxing on us. If not for Tom's recommendations, our home wouldn’t be the functional well designed space that it is. He guided us with such patience and care. Tom, I know there were (several) times we were indecisive and downright painful! You remained a true professional. I commend you on your work ethic and dedication. The attention to detail and execution was flawless and has been commented on by every visitor. Thank you Tom, we are so grateful.

Big thanks to Tom and his crew for helping us with some recent framing work! Tom worked in with our other trades and time frames effortlessly. Being a tradesperson myself, I understand the pressures of scheduling jobs, ordering materials, and last minute variations. These seemed like a walk in the park for Tom providing solutions every step of the way. Thanks again mate!
