We have been impressed with our experience with this builder and our new home in Marysville. They have been friendly, helpful and flexible at all stages. There was a slight delay and a very small cost overrun, but overall we got what we wanted, pretty much on time and on budget. They have even been helpful with contacts , advice and even on-site help, after the house has been handed over. I would recommend that anyone building a house in rural Victoria, consider talking to this company.

Must say we were a bit apprehensive after a horror build a few years ago with a different company but: We have been in our new home for a couple of weeks now, thank you Swenrick Constructions, couldn't be happier. (and under budget) Great bunch of people in the office and on the tools, special shout out to Brendan for the way he managed the whole job, fantastic communication all the way through the build and the follow up phone calls and visit after completion to make sure everything is ok, love your work.
