We had an excellent experience working with Stafford Building Group on the construction of three townhouses in Glen Waverley. From the beginning, they were very caring and attentive to our needs and preferences, and took the time to understand our vision for the project. Throughout the construction process, Stafford Building Group was very flexible and accommodating, always working to meet our deadlines and ensure that we were satisfied with the progress of the project. They paid great attention to detail, and we were very impressed with the quality of their work. Perhaps what we appreciated most about working with Stafford Building Group was how easy they were to work with. They were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns, and made us feel like we were part of the process every step of the way. We would highly recommend Locky and Strafford building group. He was professional with great workmanship. The site while the houses were being built was was always clean and tidy. Locky was always available to discuss anything. We were extremely happy with him and the homes he built.

I have work with a couple of builders with turn key projects before meeting Locky. And have always felt disappointed with their services. They are usually very nice and accomodating before any contract has been signed. However soon afterwards their services usually drops especially after the property has been completed and when there are minor issues that needs to be resolved. So I have never bothered to post a positive review for these builders. Locky on the other hand is different, and I am happy that our paths have crossed. He recently built two corner block townhouses in Mckinnon for me. He is always on site, to make sure that the built is exactly as our specification and he treated the project like he was building his own house. Locky also communicate with us every step of the project, so we felt assured what was going on. The project was finished on time and with very good workmanship. And his post built services has been wonderful. No matter how small the issue is, Locky will attend to the matter immediately and until we are satisfied. I highly recommend Locky for anyone who is looking for an honest and quality builder.

Very glad that we went with Locky from Stafford Building Group for our first home that has just been completed in Hampton East. Locky has been very professional and approachable through out the whole process. Being our first home we had lots of questions and Locky always took the time to answer our concerns. We also had a few changes during the building process which Locky was happy to comply. There have been very minor issues after the hand over, which Locky has been quick to fix. Overall very happy with our new home. Keep up the good work!
