  Built Waldorf Grange in Rye. We recently completed our build with Simonds (Oct 2024) and the experience was excellent. Our building Supervisor Matt Westlake was very professional. A great communicator; keeping us updated on the progress and answering any questions we had. We are especially grateful to Simonds as we had originally contracted with Porter Davis. Needless to say our hearts were broken when PD went into liquidation mid build. Simonds to the rescue, completed our home as per our original contract. The quality and workmanship are first rate. This is not our first build so I speak with experience.

  4 months and our dream house double storey is done. Really happy and impressive communications, quality of work and customer service. Website updates of the project was very good n easy to follow through, happy with the consultant Chandra Deep on the initial planning stages, on going support by the customer relationship coordinator Ashlee Rose, and appreciate the hard work on site by the Site Supervisor Latif Sahin and his team. Overall extremely satisfied with this builder and happy to provide further references or recommendations for them.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the outstanding support from my building supervisor Geoff and coordinator Amit. Both were incredibly helpful, always providing clear guidance and honest advice throughout the process. Geoff ensured the build stayed on track with great attention to detail, while Amit was always responsive and kept everything well-organized. Their professionalism and dedication made a big difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend Simonds Homes and this amazing team!

All correspondence and communications with my CRC and Supervisors have been constructive and effective. A great gift at handover. My family are happy customers indeed.
