Wow, absolutely amazing! We needed to replace some rotting timber windows and found RylockCare Mentone through a Google search. We visited their showroom and were immediately impressed by their professionalism. At the office, we met Lambes, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and experienced. He came to our home, provided valuable advice, recommendations, and suggestions. The installation team, consisting of George, Gary, Darcy, and Matt, worked seamlessly together. They removed seven windows and installed new ones in just over a day. They also removed the old window coverings and disposed of them for us. They covered the floor and all our furniture with drop sheets before starting work and even vacuumed up after themselves. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Third time in four years that I am using RylockCare Mentone as I am progressively changing over my doors and windows from timber-framed to aluminium. Lambes is so friendly, helpful and very experienced in what he does. He not only came to measure and quote, he provided advice, recommendations and suggestions. Brian then followed up with me, answered my questions, put my order in and eventually contacted me to organise the installation date. The team who came to install are George, Gary and Matt, who have all installed for me previously. This time, they also have a hard-working and motivated apprentice Nick with them. The four of them worked like a very well-oiled machine. Arrived at 7:50am, installed two windows and left at 9:30am! Incredible efficiency. They covered up the floor and furniture with drop cloths before they started working, and vacuumed before they left. They took a lot of care as they moved equipment and tools around and were careful where they stood and stepped. Three of my neighbours have also had windows and doors installed by RylockCare Mentone. We are all very happy with the results. And a couple of other neighbours are interested too. Prior to my first order, I have also visited their showroom in Dingley five years ago to see what their products are like in-person and also take some colour swatches. Wonderful business to deal with. Highly recommend.

It's hard to start writing a review when everything about the finished product was so good. Lambes came to measure and quote several weeks earlier and we felt really comfortable with his knowledge and his tone and manner, making us feel confident in taking on Rylock Mentone for the job. I can't believe there are only three other reviews here and it's harder to believe that one of them was only one star. We had cafe blinds replaced with windows and sliding doors and could never have imagined a better result. The workmanship was truly incredible; it was as if the windows and doors were an original part of the building. Everything is done with precision and clean lines. Some alterations had to be made to accommodate the window and sliding door frames and rails, and this tricky work was made to look easy. We were warned there may be some chipped rendering that we'll need to have rectified separately and at our own cost, but the guys covered the damage with colour-matched lengths of aluminium which actually made it look better than before. They arrived exactly on time, their manners and presentation were impeccable, they cleaned up such that they didn't leave a trace of their work and the work was done in half the time I expected. This is truly the best experience we've ever had with tradies and the like at our home. The result is perfect. I rang the office straight after the lads left to tell them how delighted we are. We were referred to Rylock Mentone by two other very happy customers and I hope this review brings them many more.

Lambes and his team are highly knowledegable, friendly and professional. They installed large double-glazed Rylock doors at the rear of our house. A fantastic job done with minimum of fuss and right on time. These doors have made a large difference to thermal stability of the rear section of our house.
