  We were given Alex and PR as a recommendation by Jas Stephens real estate - and he and his team did an exceptional job of helping us relevel our Edwardian home - such a quick response to our enquiry, flexible with timing, a cost effective and fair quote and, the most important thing, excellent work and customer service. Alex explained everything that was required and captured the summary of the work done in video. Our home looks great and feels very level again, with all the doors and windows opening easy once more…. And then to add to this, post work completion, we then asked if PR could help us with a stand alone deck - we should have asked this to be quoted for and done at the same time - and Alex and his team were so lovely, nothing was a bother, and they got the deck done with a smile, an amazing quote and in no time - it’s one thing to get great service the first time, but on repeat?
