Julian and his team are very professional, responsive and organised. Throughout the build of our extension they were good communicators, fulfilled expectations and met deadlines. Most impressively they take pride in their work! They were great at problem solving and exemplify all the qualities you want in a Builder. As a client and an Architect I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services or use them again.

We used JDC Built for our extension/rebuild during 2024 and Julian and the team delivered us a home that we love. Communication, flexibility, problem solving, punctuality and overall value for $ are some of the highlights we experienced. Variations were very limited and mostly driven by us, the clients. And Jules had us in on time! Recommend!

The JDC team are great builders to work with. The attention to detail is second to none. We always felt well informed, right from the proposal and set up phase, through the entire build to hand over. We are very happy with the job they have done on our renovation. Jules and the team, thank you! Our family loves what you have done for us! Would certainly recommend JDC built to anyone looking for a good quality, and honest team to work with!

We engaged Julian from JDC for an extension at our home in Sandringham and couldn't be happier with the result. Our house is 100 years old and there were some curve balls relating to this. Nothing was too much of a problem and Julian was a great communicator throughout. His attention to detail and scheduling was also first class. We had a tight timeframe to get the work done and he delivered to the day. We have recommended Julian to friends who have also had a great results and wouldn't hesitate on using Julian on any future projects. Hard workers, great quality and a really competitive price. Can recommend!

We have had the best experience with JDC Built. We have just completed a large scale renovation and extension and we are so happy. Having had prior experience with building over the past 5 years I can confidently say that the level of detail, workmanship, support, problem solving and adjusting when something had to change has been fantastic. Julian and his team have a “can do” attitude and are great to work with. I couldn’t recommend JDC more highly

Julian and the team at JDC Built just finished an alfresco and pergola at our cali bungalow at Coburg and we couldn't be happier. Right from the start Julian was responsive and easy to communicate with. His quoting process was fair and transparent. The team paid exceptional attention to detail to ensure the end product seamlessly matched our existing house. Communication and timeliness were A+ throughout the project and the team worked so hard getting it done in a reasonable time, even with some wet weather. We would use JDC Built again and happily refer them to anyone and everyone we know.
