I cannot recommend Nish and his team highly enough! We renovated our bathroom and laundry with Initial Point and couldn’t be happier with both the process and the final result. My wife had sought quotes from other builders, but we either received bare-bones options or proposals with exorbitant price tags. From the start, Nish stood out. He visited us, spoke to us genuinely and respectfully, and truly listened to what we wanted. Throughout the project, he was flexible, communicative, and transparent. He also gave us the time and space to carefully consider our decisions. This was a major renovation for our forever home, and we wanted everything to be just right. Nish understood that and supported us every step of the way. Nish and his team were fantastic to work with. We’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering a renovation.

Nish and his team did an absolutely fantastic job helping us with a recent renovation project. The property was old and had been heavily water and mould damaged. Nish has completely transformed the place into a wonderful home full of thoughtful details and we are genuinely thrilled with the outcome. His team were able to take care of everything start to finish - from ripping out damaged plaster and cabinetry and mould treatment, to the full design of the new look and specification of appliances, carpets, and fittings, to the full set of trades required to get it done, and orchestrating full upgrades to an energy efficient reverse-cycle system and a hot water heat pump. Most impressive was the way Nish project managed the whole thing. The level of communication, the way decisions and choices were clearly framed with good options and clear recommendations, the way he worked within our preferences to find high quality options at reasonable prices, and the way he managed timelines to ensure we would have this ready were all fantastic. Far beyond what we could have expected, Nish took true ownership for helping us get to the end outcome, even working directly with our leasing agent to deal with a few final touch ups so that everything was ready for the tenant to move in. It's because of this that Nish will be the first person I call if we have any similar projects in future.

We just had both our bathrooms renovated with Nish and his boys. We couldn’t be more happier with the result. The tradesmen were all professional and did a great job. Nish kept us updated every step of the way. When we ran into problems, Nish never once said “that’s how it is” or “sorry nothing can be done now”, he would go to find solutions and rectified the problem. We also have a baby girl that needed her day sleep, all the men worked around her sleep pattern which I’m truly appreciative of them. Thank you to Nish and Initial Point for our beautiful bathrooms.

We engaged Initial Point to renovate our upstairs bathroom last year. Nish and his team were able to work around a tight timeframe of completing the project before Christmas. The communication was clear and consistent. The works were carried out to a high standard. We had a few glitches at the end of the project, which the team were able to remedy this year. Just be certain of the dimensions of the items you want in the bathroom, as we unfortunately went too oversized with the shower. But hopefully it will pay off in the end. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality.

Nish is a very honest, sensible and punctual person to work with. He saved us from a terrible situation in our rental property while we were overseas and tenants had damaged floring, bathroom and walls. Nish got them repaired fairly quickly and coordinated with real estate agent to get new tenants pretty quickly. I recommend his services to everyone and would be happy to work with him again in future.
