From working drawings to colour selection and appointments, the building process with Garraway Developments has been seamless. We are very grateful for having had Ben Garraway build our fathers home. For us as first time home builders, the experience of building a new home could not have been more successful. Ben is a highly effective communicator, he listens, has suggestions and facilitates your involvement throughout the build. This was critical in the fact that we were living interstate throughout the construction. Ben has a highly coordinated approach, with a team of quality tradesmen who contributed to the beautiful home we now have for our father. Our build was completed on time and on budget and we wouldn’t hesitate to build with Ben in the future or recommend him.

Building our first home with Garraway Developments was a decision we do not regret. Ben spent an enormous amount of time with us throughout the build to make sure we had considered the style of our home and how our selections would flow. He was always upfront and honest with us to make sure we considered the practicality of these choices to ensure we built a functional home as well as pretty. Ben and Annette always made themselves available for any queries we had throughout the process. They updated us weekly on what was happening with the build. Ben has been nothing but pedantic in ensuring the quality of all finishes in our home were perfect, from the flawless paint job to the beautiful cabinetry and tiles. We are extremely grateful for this as we are truly in love with every aspect of our new home. Ben has continued to be available to us post-handover and has been incredibly helpful with all of our questions. Our next home will definitely be built with Garraway Developments; we could not recommend the team highly enough.

What an experience building with Garraway Developments! Their service throughout the whole process is second to none. Ben's attention to detail is impeccable, resulting in the final product being first class. Not only was the build achieved in a timely manner, but with quality assured - plus our home was a custom build! With Ben and his design team we tweaked multiple plans to create our dream home that is one of a kind; much like Ben and his team - one of a kind! Ben also recommended further improvements throughout the build and was never in a rush to start or finish a job until he knew we would be 100% satisfied. Thank you Ben, Annette and the team at Garraway Developments for seeing our dreams become a reality.
