  I used First Avenue Homes to build a highly ambitious custom designed home. Anthony is easy to communicate with and helpful. I worked mostly with the site supervisor Luke, who is approachable, friendly and comes up with bright ideas to sort out issues. The built was done during the challenging times of COVID, so the job took longer than promised. I have removed one star out of five because their plumber had left a lingering problem which he never fixed and I had to get it done at my own expense.

  After a few months of researching for a reputable builder and driving around the bayside suburbs looking at the projects, we decided to reach out to First Avenue Homes in late 2022. Anthony and his team have been enthusiastic and approachable from the day dot. Their ability to understand our requirements and provide solutions/alternatives gave us the confidence that we were looking for. And that position hasn't changed the slightest after signing the contract. In fact our partnership has strengthened as we are going through the build journey. The construction started as promised and the progress so far has been as scheduled. We thank Gianni and Tim at First Avenue Homes for making the process for our forever home as straight forward and stress free as possible. Looking forward to working with the team as we progress to the next stages of this journey.
