We engaged Matt as our builder early on in the design process for our knockdown-rebuild project to assist us with budgeting through the design process, and it was a life saver!! He took us through every step of the process with kindness, professionalism and a level of knowledge that surpassed our expectations. His team and trusted trades were respectful, kind and the quality of work was to a standard that was above and beyond that we ever expected. To add to that; He is a kind and considerate person and genuinely wants the best outcome for his clients. We could not imagine building with anyone else and to say that we still have a great friendship post-build tells you everything you need to know as well as very very happy neighbours.

  They say building a home is one of life’s most stressful experiences — clearly, they never worked with Matt and the team at Elevate. From start to finish, the process was so smooth and enjoyable. We kept waiting for the catch… but it never came. We engaged Matt and the Elevate team early, even before finalising our architect because we knew how critical it was to have a builder’s perspective during the design phase. Having Matt involved from the outset helped shape practical, budget-conscious decisions without compromising the overall vision. This early collaboration allowed us to avoid costly detours, stay aligned on priorities, and get the absolute most out of our design — both aesthetically and financially. From the very beginning, Matt just got me. He somehow managed to understand and bring to life the vision I had in my head — often before I could even fully articulate it myself. His attention to detail and unwavering support throughout the journey were nothing short of phenomenal. And then there's trust — the real magic ingredient. With Elevate, it wasn’t just Matt we trusted implicitly, but every single one of his trades. Everyone involved operated with integrity, pride in their work, and a sense of ownership you rarely see, even our next door neighbours loved the Elevate crew! And Dennis is an absolute gem, I’ve genuinely been missing my weekly text message updates. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident — it’s a direct reflection of Matt’s leadership and the values Elevate lives by. If we could bottle the Elevate experience, we’d sell it as the ultimate renovation anxiety cure. But since we can’t, we’ll just say this: working with Elevate was the best decision we made. We’re endlessly grateful — and while we’d recommend them in a heartbeat, we’re also a little reluctant to share them!

  We were lucky enough to build our family home with Matt. From the first meeting with him, we knew he was the one . His professionalism , attention to detail and being down to earth, ensured that not only we walked away with an amazing house that has surpassed all of our expectations, but equally made sure that we stayed on budget ( which is very important in a post covid world ). Matt and his team were amazing to deal with , courteous and all around great guys . For anyone looking for your next builder , Matt is the guy. Highly recommend his pre- build consult , he made sure we were clear on what we could afford and provided amazing solutions to help us achieve the desired outcome.   I feel so excited for my clients when I consider Matt for their projects because I know they are not only going to end up with a top notch home but they will have a great building experience - Matt is such a genuine builder and you feel and can see his attention to detail and quality on his jobs. He’s easy to talk to, listens to your issues and always has a solution. I’ve been through Matt’s sites and his finished builds and I can not recommend him more highly. I’m looking forward to the next build we get to work together on.

  Matt and his team at Elevate Building have just completed our renovation/new build at our property in Diamond Creek and we couldn't be happier that we chose him to take on this project - We approached Matt early in our planning stage and he was involved in every step of the build from giving his helpful advice to allowing us to budget effectively throughout the build process. His knowledge and advice were greatly appreciated as we now have an amazing family home to bring up our children in, we are so proud of the build and we couldn't of done it without Matt's help. The final product surpassed our expectations and his teams of trades he has are market leaders in all their fields - you will not get a better finish from anyone else - I cant thank Matt enough for building our family home - anyone else looking for a builder to tackle their project would be mad not to go with Elevate - very good experience and i look forward to many years of continued friendship - Thanks Matt again

  We were (very) lucky enough to have Matt and the Elevate team as our builders for this years Block series. Matt was every contestants first point of call once they found out they were selected for the Block, and as fate would have it, he ended up on our team and we will be forever grateful. Their quality of work is second to none. Their innate ability to visualise concepts, tackle problems with solutions and work within their clients guidelines is only a few of the stand out reasons they are so sort after. And they are just all round good people. They say building/renovating a home is one of the hardest things you’ll do in your life, Matty and the team don’t just make it easy, they make it enjoyable!!!
