    I have only spoken 2 Dennis on the phone . He is of the older school which suited me down 2 the ground . I talked with Dennis on behalf of a mate who is overseas at present. A mate has just purchased one of his homes & is Super Impressed by the quality. Dennis went & looked at the block in question on behalf of my mate & at his stage in life didn't want 2 work on a difficult block of land . I found Dennis 2 be a straight forward person & if u can get him 2 build Ur Dream Home 🏡 b4 he Retires u will be doing very well.
