We were looking to significantly renovate our older Anglesea home and approached Jarrod Whitten and his company, Anglesea Building and Maintenance, for a quote after recommendation from a friend. He was excellent in his advice and assistance in scoping and delivering the project from beginning to end. He assisted with planning and building approvals as well. We ended up with virtually a new home, with the interior upstairs completely reconfigured, as well as new external walls, roof and decking. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. Jarrod and his team and his subcontractors were fantastic to work with throughout. Jarrod was clear in his communications, consulting with us as required and very open about any of our concerns or on-the-fly changes. He gave regular progress reports, made useful suggestions that improved the outcome and delivered to the day on the project schedule he provided prior to commencement. We could not have been happier with the quality of the workmanship, materials and approach to all aspects of the build. A special mention to the Anglesea Building team and their subcontractors – especially Ricky McGillivray Painting; Dylan Evans Plumbing; Bram Electrical; Void Joinery – they were all excellent, delivering high quality work. Jarrod and his team at Anglesea Building and Maintenance recently completed our home renovation in Jan Juc, after being recommended to us by a friend. Our original home was a typical 90s weatherboard, and aside from keeping the external walls and roofline, we essentially rebuilt everything internally with a small extension at the front.
