    How exciting to be the 1st reviewer of the Your Space Oceania product in Queensland. From the 1st conversation with Tony Milham and his team, we knew that our build would be quality. With YRSO being based in TAS, we also anticipated some hurdles along the way due to distance challenges (MBR Council, QBCC Qualification, Surveying, Certifier etc). However, the constant reassurances & communication check ins by YRSO kept us informed of progress and clarity of design features. If you’re prepared to wait a little longer than the usual Granny Flat production, you can be assured that Tony & his team will deliver you a quality product. Our Casa (Tiny House) was delivered & installed within our anticipated budget, all of which YRSO worked with to bring our vision to life. Credit must be given to Tony Milham and his team, as all along the way they delivered what they said they would.
