  Thank you Wayne from Kookaburra Homes for building a fantastic holiday home for us, your time to build once the slab was down was amazing in these trying COVID times and delivered earlier than the completion time in the contract. Well down to all the staff who helped us from Dlyan & Jake (Sales), James (Supervisor) and Wayne the owner who filled in when James was away. Also would like to Thank Wayne for the warranty work that had to be completed and was completed to a great standard like the rest of the home. Well done to all and would recommend Kookaburra Homes to anyone looking for quality and a true company. Shane and Karen Illman

Such a professional, helpful and friendly team who were so easy to deal with. An absolute pleasure with my first ever house build. They made it so easy.

  From the first day we went and looked at the display homes, we knew we found the builder that we wanted to build our retirement home. Never were we pressured into anything. We liked all the inclusions, which we found were extra with other builders. We meet Nordz and Abraham and we couldn't find better people to look after our needs, they were so funny and made our process so very easy and enjoyable. They met with us when we could. NEVER once did they make me feel we were an inconvenience. Hopefully we can start building next year, when my husband retires. And we have promised the boys an Italian feast. Thank you Nordz and Abraham
