Planning and getting a kitchen extension is a tumultous and challenging process, but Hammat Constructions made it easy for us. From initial site visit, potential cost and challenges were presented upfront and potential problems that may come along the way in renovations were clearly discussed. Steps were clearly laid out right at the very start before we even put things on paper reassuring us that these guys know what they are doing. Plans were discussed and our inputs sought, reviews were given proper time, and plan amendments afforded. During build process, minor changes or challenges were communicated on time, suggested solutions discussed and timely executed. Thinking of renovating or adding extension? We engaged with Ben Hammat a few years ago, for a complete new build and alternations to an existing dwelling of our bungalow house which was very tired and dated. Right from the start we were impressed by his professional attitude and this made Ben stand out from the rest. He communicated with us every step of the way and liaised with the brick layers, plumber, tiler, cabinetmaker and electrician. This gave us peace of mind and the chance to review and alter little details. He always got back to us promptly and all the trades utilised in the project were outstanding, excellent workmanship. Excellent builder and just completed major Reno/extension to a very high standard within a good timeframe when others weren't interested in the job.
