We recently built a new home with Bailey’s and are very pleased with the outcome. The company has thorough processes to ensure good outcomes. The tradies are reputable and the supervisors expect good and competent workmanship. Building a new home can be a daunting undertaking but we found the process enjoyable and rewarding. Our supervisor kept us regularly informed of progress and attended promptly to any issues that arose. We have no hesitation in recommending Bailey Homes to others.

A big thank you to Bailey Homes, especially to Jacki and Don for all the hard work thus far to get us to the construction stage. Our journey thus far has not been straightforward but the company has been patient, professional and personally invested. Bailey Homes are a wonderful company to deal with, excellent building knowledge and experience coupled with an approach that shows they care about their clients and are heavily invested in a successful outcome that benefits all parties. I will post a further review at the completion of our project but i highly recommend discussing your project with Bailey Homes, you will be glad you did.

Thank you Don Bailey and your wonderful close-knit team for creating a warm and welcoming house and home for us. We profited greatly from your decades of experience in guiding our planning and design stage. We were also impressed with our observations of the workings of your team, and your calm and professional approach as you led them with a keen sense and clever eye for attention to detail, care and guidance of the overall function and look as the build emerged. We loved your celebratory style at key handover - thank you Caroline! It's been a pleasure telling friends and relatives to look to your company when considering building a new home.
