We recently built our home with Zerner, and the experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. Chrishan and Naomi worked closely with us every step of the way, helping us turn our vision into reality. They made the building journey easy and stress-free — from working within our budget, providing thoughtful design advice, and consistently sticking to the agreed timelines. The level of service was second to none. Every visitor who walks through our home comments on the exceptional standard of the build. The quality of workmanship from each trade is extremely high, and the final result speaks for itself. We could not recommend the team at Zerner highly enough and would absolutely build with them again

When i told friends that i was building a home i was inundated with horror stories with advice that i needed to keep on top of the builder constantly. Remarkably building with Zarner i didn't have any major issues at all, the entire process was in fact enjoyable. Naomi and Crishan are both lovely humans and nothing is ever too much trouble. All of the other trades that i met during the process were also lovely. I'd say I'd definitely build with them again but they built us our dream home so it's unlikely but I'd definitely recommend them 100%!

Thank you for building our beautiful home! Naomi and Chrishan you made our build smooth and seamless. I can't thank you enough for delivering such a high quality home. This was the 7th house I've had built - but it's by far the best experience and build quality! Naomi, you have been such a pleasure to deal with and we couldn't have asked for a more conscientious Builder than Chrishan. Although we lived 3.5 hours away from where our house was being built - we never felt that we needed worry, as Chrishan seems to build the house like he's going to live there! He clearly takes immense pride in his work and that reflects in the superior houses he crafts. I can't recommend Zerner Building Company highly enough - you won't regret building with them.

They took the stress out of building a new house and made it a wonderful experience, which would make me not hesitate to build again with Chrishan. We would highly recommend building with them, as they have such an amazing group of trades that assists with a high quality build. Naomi is such a pleasure to liaise with during the process, keeping you informed every step of the way.
