  We engaged TMRP to undertake a large renovation and extension of our family home. The design was highly architectural with many aspects of the build being very technical, time-consuming and intricate. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and the build process as a whole. Building in an an environment where the whole industry was faced with trade and material shortages as well as rising costs, the owner Tyson and his staff were invaluable in ensuring our build was delivered within budget and on time. I don't recall a day throughout the build where Tyson was not on site which was very reassuring. We would happily recommend TMRP to anyone looking for a builder with integrity, attention to detail and a unwavering focus on the client's needs.

  We are absolutely delighted with our c1900 Queenslander ‘lift and build-under’ home renovation performed by TM Residential Projects which was completed on budget and ahead of schedule, with careful and sensitive attention to detail applied in all areas and at all stages throughout the process. Beyond the personal recommendations already received, we appointed Tyson Marshall and his team on their own merits, being personable and completely transparent with the initial scope of work, understanding our goals and our constraints, and also open and flexible to scope changes (suggested by both parties, with superior finishes and achieved outcomes). Two unforeseen challenges during the project were both resolved promptly with good communication and without fuss, to our complete satisfaction. Several additional changes to design and engineering were suggested by Tyson, with further helpful advice on key-element fixtures and fittings to complement the modern downstairs living areas and plethora of retained original features upstairs, as subsequently featured in the Chelmer Farmhouse article by Queensland Homes magazine. We cannot recommend the service and work from TMRP any more highly and have absolutely no hesitation in instructing them again in future.
