The entire process from start to finish was amazing. Josh truly understood the vision that we had for the new home project and ensured the building design, selections and construction program were executed in a professional manner with a great team of suppliers and consultants involved. Special thanks go to Joel the Project Manager who went above and beyond to ensure all the finishing details onsite were carried out to a "master craftsmen" level - not just to a typical building standard.

Josh and the team at Rome were first class. We met with a number of building firms to carry out an extensive renovation to our Queenslander. From the very first meeting we felt comfortable the team could deliver. They listened, provided authentic feedback and built an amazing family home for us.

We drove past a house nearing completion and saw the Rome logo out front, which prompted us to get in touch. I got directed to Chris, and he is a fantastic person to speak with. We met up to express our "vision" and needs for our upcoming build. Instead of pushing what the company can offer and the usual sales talk, Chris listened and one could almost see the cogs turning in his mind about how to tackle the project. After a decent meeting we were presented with the preliminary planning documents in a relatively short time. We didn't end up building with Rome, but only because we're benefitting from building with our previous builder again. However I have no doubt you'd get what you're signing up for, a personalised service to build a custom home where you're not just "another file". And the home we drove past is looking splendid now.

Great level of communication and organisation from Chris and the team at Rome. We all know communication and being organised is crucial when working with any building company, and these guys consistently hit it out of the ballpark. Plus, they are building some amazing homes around the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas for their clients.
