  First home buyer here, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Palladio Homes! When I put my deposit down at 21, a lot went through my mind—especially the worry of not being taken seriously because of my age. But from start to finish, the process was seamless, and I always felt supported. Even when my original sales contact changed, I was quickly introduced to Kay, who not only answered all my questions but also provided personal recommendations that suited me even better. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every decision. My site manager, Chris, was amazing—easygoing, supportive, and always reassuring. Even when I felt like I was being too picky, he made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. His dedication and attention to detail made the whole experience so much smoother. Despite some third-party delays, I couldn’t be happier with the final result. The quality of the build and the level of service exceeded my expectations. The entire journey was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I’m so excited to finally be in my new home, and I can’t thank Palladio enough for making this such a positive experience. A huge thank you to the team—especially Kay & Chris—for their hard work, patience, and support throughout this journey!

  Had our forever home built with Palladio. Once the staff changed to professional and wonderful staff, both admin and site manager, we love our new home. Thanks to Chris (site manager) and Kay (admin) for all your help and making our experience more enjoyable. Only reason i gave 4 stars is due to initial admin and site manager staff being horrid!! If Chris and Kay had of been with us from the start then it would have been a 10/10. Highly recommend.

  Just finished building my home with Palladio. Christiane was absolutely a pleasure to deal with she went above planning my home. Nicole also goes the extra mile and even after the build is still helping me as it is my first built home. Jeff the building supervisor was so easy to deal with over 6 and half months I had no issues and still don't. Home is exactly how we planned and the team really go above and beyond. Thank you Palladio. I highly recommend your company to all.

  We had a great experience with Palladio . We chose Palladio due to the amazing Lyn and her initial first impression , wonderful service and responsiveness . After visiting and negotiating with about 6 builders - we chose Palladio due to their ability to make our build custom , change floor plans and I didn’t have to wait weeks for responses . I spoke to real people all the time , didn’t have to wait on hold and had issues amended very quickly . There was nothing too difficult and we are so happy with our beautiful home .

  Palladio homes have been accommodating and professional to deal with. No request has been too difficult and they have been incredibly quick to get accurate prices and information back to the client. Their customer service team make you feel like friend rather than a number. I have built with larger companies in the past and have been highly disappointed on a number of levels. I would definitely recommend Palladio homes to anyone looking to build their next home.
