I recently hired KAA Construction to assemble an expandable home, something Kel had never done before. Although this was a relatively small job, we needed reliability and high-quality workmanship, and Kel delivered perfectly. I especially appreciated the care Kel took to minimize disruption to our yard. He was respectful, kept the site tidy, and ensured all debris was removed daily. OUTSTANDING is the only word that will accurately describe Kel and his workmanship!! As a long time home owner, landlord and former property manager, I've seen more horror stories from dodgy trades than I care to remember so to say I'm fussy is an understatement. From the very first contact I made with him, which I must say was responded to very fast, to being continually happy on a daily basis whenever I look at the brilliant finished product, he delivered exactly what he promised. He has given us a beautiful new ensuite, beautiful semi- renovated main bathroom, new floating flooring throughout our entire house, new doors and so much more. What really impressed me is that he told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. He also project managed the whole reno so I didn't have to keep finding other trades. The trades he brought it were of the same quality as Kel which is something I value. I could go on and on but instead I will just very, very highly recommend anyone and everyone call Kel and have a chat to him. KAA Constructions will not disappoint!!

Kel of KAA Constructions carried out extensive renovations at our house including laying hybrid flooring throughout, converting garage to rumpus room, office and workshop and reconstruction of ensuite and bathroom. His workmanship is outstanding and we would highly recommend him.
