Jan ( Sales ) and the Receptionist, were both very helpful and friendly . The selection of samples in the Sales office is extremely broad, giving you plenty of choices . I'm currently living in a Glendale Home which is over 31 years old . Their designs are great and you can make alterations if they aren't exactly what you're after . There is only one display home , which was a special build and is in the very high end of the prices . I took one star off the overall rating , because it would have been ideal to have a display home in the cheaper, more affordable ,end. Especially in these hard times . The current lead time may shock a few people too .... It currently sits at 12 MONTHS from when you pay deposit to completion !!! A sign of the times apparently.

Actually called into Alien Mechanics which is situated in this complex, Trevor (mechanic) is as honest as the day is long If you need mechanical repairs (servicing on your motor vehicle etc) please see Trevor he's a good guy!
