  Building our first home was honestly pretty daunting at the start. We didn’t really know what to expect and felt a bit overwhelmed early on. From the moment we signed the contract though, FRD Homes made the whole process feel manageable and far less stressful. The journey from paperwork through to each stage of the build was smooth and well communicated. We were kept in the loop the whole way, which made a massive difference. Our build coordinator, Kristina, was outstanding. Her communication was clear, prompt and reassuring from day one. She genuinely held our hand throughout the entire process, broke things down in plain English and made sure we never felt lost or left guessing. Cameron, our build supervisor, also went above and beyond. He was approachable, thorough and clearly took pride in the build. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly, and by the time handover rolled around everything was organised and stress-free. Handover itself was an absolute breeze. We’ve now been in the house for two months, and the after-handover care has been just as solid. As expected, a few small things popped up, and every single one was dealt with quickly and professionally. Once again, Kristina’s communication during this stage was excellent. As first-home builders, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. FRD Homes took what could have been a really overwhelming process and made it feel simple and supported from start to finish. Big thanks to Kristina, Cameron and the entire FRD team. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to build their home.

  We are Very Happy with the FRD Team! They were very helpful throughout the building of our first home. They were quiet fast and efficient, with great communicate at each stage of the build. The only thing I would like to make a point on, is to monitor the contractors, as they aren't always the the same standard of FRD. With that being, said I wouldn't hesitate in referring the FRD Team for your next build!! Thank you for doing an Amazing job!!!

A special shoutout to Jo in admin—she was incredibly patient with all my questions (and there were plenty!), always helpful, and went above and beyond to keep everything on track. Lyn in accounts was fantastic, making everything seamless, and Dan, the site supervisor, ensured the build was completed 5 months ahead of schedule! I’ve heard so many horror stories about building, but FRD proved that it can be an amazing experience with the right team. Best decision ever—highly recommend!

  I have had the pleasure to be involved with FRD home on both a professional and personal level. From a professional point of view this is one well oiled machine. They definitely care about business as well look after their clients from start to finish. They can deliver what they say they will deliver. On time and on budget. You can be rest assured you are in good hands whether you are dealing with the receptionist right through to Craig, Mark or CY. Cy has shown me a side that makes a true professional in the building industry with a clear approach to quality customer service. If your considering building with FRD then its my belief you are in very safe hands.
