  As young first-home buyers looking to build, we really didn’t know a single thing about the process and assumed we were about to undertake an incredibly stressful time. Having spoken to a few builders previously, we were unsure and had a sense of unease about the process. Walking into DARE at the display village was the best call we could have made. DARE have been exceptional in supporting us through the beginning process of building our new home. From the moment we met Dan, Jaiden and Tamica at the display village, we were confident that DARE Homes would be the ones we trust to build us a quality, beautiful first home we can be proud to call ours. From the beginning, Dan especially, has been transparent and proactive, keeping us informed through each stage, making the entire process stress-free. Most importantly, the conversations have never felt rushed, nor have our questions felt redundant or pointless. The time has always been taken to ensure we are as comfortable throughout this process as possible. This extends to Drew, who has gone out of his way to facilitate actions that have added that extra level of comfort and security for us. As first home buyers, DARE have proven this journey can be seamless, enjoyable and something to genuinely look forward to.   If you’re building and want someone who doesn’t make you feel like you need to sign your life away on the spot, go see Daniel at Dare Homes. From the very first chat, Daniel was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful , not a single ounce of pushy sales energy. No awkward pressure, no “today only” tactics, just honest advice and time to think. It honestly felt like talking to someone who actually cares about getting it right for you, not just getting a signature. Like I can not express how many questions I had to ask Daniel as I’m new to this world and he took the time and effort to explain it to me. And Dare Homes themselves? Huge win. The amount of selections included in the base price is seriously impressive. So many builders give you two choices and then suddenly everything else is an “upgrade” that sends the price sky-high. With Dare, there are heaps of beautiful options already included — which makes the whole process way less stressful (and way less scary for the budget). If you want transparency, flexibility, and a consultant who treats you like a human instead of a contract, Daniel is your guy. Highly recommend! And dare homes itself.

  We started our journey with Dare homes in December 2025 when we had to switch from a prior builder. What that meant was we had very limited time to get a dual occupancy custom design done and a fixed price contract in place so we could secure our land purchase. From the first phone call in the office to speaking with sales agents and finally Daniel (who called us on his holiday in Fiji) they took immediate action and got plans drawn up to our budget and wants and needs. (Even got my 6X3 WIR!!!) With Christmas and New years in between they still managed to get everything done. We are happy with the plan and our build will begin soon. Looking forward to the positive experiences continuing as we are sure they will.

  We are so grateful for the support we received from Dare Homes, especially Daniel. During our house and land purchase, the land developer initially denied us because the land hadn’t been registered yet. It was incredibly stressful, and we honestly thought we’d miss out. Daniel stepped in, advocated for us, and managed to have the land held until registration so we could move forward. Without his help, we wouldn’t be getting into the housing market at all. His communication was excellent, he was patient and understanding, and he genuinely cared about helping us make this happen. We can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend Dare Homes to anyone looking to build.
